AAC RENEGADE is a new tetraploid crested wheatgrass developed through the Plant Sciences Department of the University of Saskatchewan. AAC RENEGADE is a taller plant with a longer and wider leaf than KIR. T hi s vari et y has excellent persistence and has performed well in all soil zones where it was tested in the Canadian Prairies. Yields across all stations averaged 104% of KIRK.
